It all started when...
I came to the beautiful pueblo of San Pancho for a Christmas holiday with my family. As I drove down the cobbled streets of town when we first arrived, I could sense immediately how art, music, and performance were a part of everyday life. We had one of our most memorable Christmas celebrations that year, and once home, I couldn't stop thinking of the people and the overall beauty of the town. I returned to San Pancho three weeks later with suitcases of art supplies for the children I'd seen painting on cardboard in the streets. I spent a week distributing art materials and teaching. I was received with unsuppressed enthusiasm and tremendous hospitality. I had fallen in love with San Pancho, a magic town.
Now, more than a dozen years later, I call San Pancho my part-time home. I am excited to share the town and two of my other passions, art and yoga, with all of you!
