reservATION POLICY

You will be contacted with availability information and instructions to complete your reservation within 24 hours of submitting your inquiry form. Reservations are filled on a first come, first served basis, as there are a limited number of spaces available for each retreat. All reservations require a $300 non refundable deposit. Reservations must be paid in full 60 days before the retreat begins to confirm your enrollment in a retreat.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Refunds for fees paid, except initial deposit of $300 will be issued if retreat enrollment is canceled 45 days prior to the start of the retreat. If cancellation happens between 44 and 30 days prior to the commencement of the retreat, then a partial refund of 50% of fees paid, except the $300 deposit, will be refunded. After 30 days, there is no refund for fees paid. 

Travel and CHECK-IN:

Flights should be booked to arrive at Puerto Vallarta Airport on the afternoon of the first day of the retreat. Transportation will be waiting at the airport and more specific information regarding meeting time and place will be sent prior to travel days. The transportation service will take all retreat participants directly to their hotel for check-in. Unless communicated otherwise, the retreat commences at 6pm on the arrival day at Casa Xochitl, the home of Jen Burke on Calle America Latina, 111, between Egipto and Chile Streets.

FACILITIES:

Boutique hotels, Palmar Tropical, Casa San Pancho and Hotel Cielo Rojo are all in the central area of San Pancho. The yoga space is a short walk from all hotels. The art studio space is in Jen's home, also a short walking distance from hotels.
