Program

Each day starts with 90 minutes of yoga, followed by your choice of breakfast in one of our town’s great cafes or breakfast spots. Then you’ll settle in for two hours of art making in Jen's new art studio overlooking a tropical garden patio.

Afternoons and evenings are reserved for outdoor adventures, more art-making, an early evening yoga class, touring the town cultural center or the weekly mercado del pueblo, reading at the beach, or napping - your choice! We will provide a list of enticing possibilities.

Dinner time is yours to try different local restaurants, although we will gather for a welcome dinner on the first evening of our arrival. We will also share a couple lunches at my favorite town eateries, a tequila tasting, and a farewell dinner on our last night together.

This retreat is a sublime opportunity to connect to your art and yoga practices as well as explore the beautiful Pacific coast of Mexico! Jonny and Jen look forward to sharing their passions for yoga, art, and Mexico!
